About The Position

The Bartender prepares and serves a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware. Bartenders ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements, monitor guest needs, and respond promptly to requests or concerns. They also prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations, adhere to safety and sanitation standards, handle cash and process payments accurately, and collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
