Requirements

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in upscale lounges, restaurants, or hotels.
Knowledge of mixology and standard drink recipes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to lift and carry moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
Familiarity with POS systems and check handling procedures.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down the bar, including locking up liquor and properly storing fruit and juices.
Accept drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order.
Prepare cocktails according to Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies (no cash tabs).
Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of glassware, ice stations, and floors.
Steam-clean trashcans and manage soda and juice inventory rotation.
Stock and replenish bottled and kegged beer as needed.
