Bartender Wanted
About The Position
Surf Restaurant Portsmouth is seeking an experienced bartender for one of the busiest restaurants in town. Surf is known for a very high quality dining experience and remains busy year round. The right candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a positive welcoming personality, and an understanding of what it means to be a part of the team. This is NOT an entry level position. We require a minimum of five years serving and/or bartending experience in an upscale casual table service environment. A solid understanding of food, wine, beer and spirits is required. Our shifts start at 3pm during the week and 10am or 3pm on Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
Requirements

- Solid understanding of food, wine, beer, and spirits.

Responsibilities
- Serve guests in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Provide a high-quality dining experience.
