About The Position

Esther’s 2.0 is now hiring for a bartender! Hourly base: $12-$14 + tips. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of drinks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a friendly, dependable team member who is passionate about creating great guest experiences.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and bar operations.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
Evening, weekend, and late-night availability preferred.
TABC certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service while engaging with guests professionally.
Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and menu offerings.
Create specialty drinks according to house recipes and presentation standards.
Accurately handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies throughout shifts.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
Assist with opening and closing bar duties.
Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Upsell premium liquors, featured cocktails, bottles, and add-on experiences.
Maintain speed, accuracy, and professionalism during high-volume service.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and TABC regulations.
