As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed. Requirements
- Proven bartending experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations
- Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- All other task as assigned
