About The Position

Prato 850 is looking for a strong bartender who can handle volume, stay organized, and deliver a great guest experience. This is a fast-paced environment where speed, consistency, and awareness are key. You’re not just behind the bar—you’re part of the entire floor.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure.
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
Someone who can handle pressure without losing composure.
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
Team player who supports the entire operation.
Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to house standards.
Work quickly and efficiently during high-volume service.
Maintain full awareness of the dining room and support servers when needed.
Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and ice throughout the shift.
Handle POS transactions, tabs, and cash accurately.
Provide friendly, attentive service and build guest relationships.
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Complete all opening and closing duties, including prep, cleaning, and cash-out.
