About The Position

We are hiring outgoing, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Bartenders at B-Liner, located at the Beach Club, one of Kiawah Island Club's premier oceanfront dining destinations. Situated along Kiawah Island's stunning coastline, B-Liner offers Members and their guests an elevated dinner experience in a relaxed yet refined beachfront setting. Led by Executive Chef Geoffroy Deconinck, the restaurant showcases a seasonally driven menu highlighting fresh local seafood, premium ingredients, and coastal-inspired cuisine. Originally conceptualized in collaboration with James Beard Award-winning Culinary Advisor Chef Mike Lata, B-Liner reflects a commitment to exceptional ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and warm hospitality, all complemented by breathtaking ocean views and an unforgettable dining experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Club standards
Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service while building relationships with Members and guests
Maintain extensive knowledge of the cocktail menu, wine list, beer selections, and dinner offerings to confidently answer questions and make recommendations
Ensure accuracy and consistency in beverage preparation while maintaining the highest quality standards
Keep the bar clean, organized, fully stocked, and presentation-ready throughout service
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocking and product rotation, and communicate supply needs to leadership
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify identification when appropriate
Process orders accurately using the Club's point-of-sale system while handling cash and credit transactions responsibly
Work collaboratively with servers, culinary team members, and leadership to ensure seamless service and an exceptional Member experience
Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality at all times
