About The Position

Tuckers Tavern is seeking a Bartender to join their team. As a part of Fearless Restaurants, Tuckers Tavern is a multi-concept group of independent restaurants. Tuckers Tavern offers a coastal American menu, raw bar, and a selection of local craft beers. The restaurant features a covered outdoor patio, a bar, two indoor bars with dining areas, and two separate dining rooms. The Bartender will be an expert at welcoming guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, neighborhood cafe environment. This role requires a candidate with a desire to learn and grow within the organization, who is positive, has a big personality, is responsible, hands-on, a team player with strong communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks in a friendly manner with grace and composure.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bar experience
• Be happy and constantly smiling!
• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate professionalism
• Have a knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests into the establishment with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace.
• Demonstrate competency in all steps of service.
• Build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage program.
• Provide genuine hospitality.
• Interpret guest’s desires and bring them to life in liquid form.
