About The Position
Red Robin Kamloops is hiring Bartenders for full-time and part-time roles. If you’re quick, personable, and know how to keep things moving behind the bar, this is a great opportunity to earn and grow. This is a great fit if you like being busy, engaging with guests, and earning strong tips. If you’re not comfortable in a fast-paced environment or guest-facing role, this probably isn’t the right fit.
Requirements
- You’re fast, organized, and comfortable multitasking
- You’re outgoing and confident with guests
- You can handle a busy bar environment without getting overwhelmed
- You show up on time and take your role seriously
- Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, beer, wine) with speed and consistency
- Engage with guests and create a welcoming bar experience
- Handle bar service and support the floor during busy periods
- Keep your bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Upsell and recommend drinks to enhance guest experience and tips
