Red Robin bartenders deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role is part of the Front of House service team, so great customer service and communication skills are a must. In addition to base pay, bartenders have great earnings opportunities through tips. Red Robin is known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe. Requirements
- Must be 21 or older.
- Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred.
