Bartender
About The Position
Village Tavern is hiring immediately for Bartender positions with full-time and part-time opportunities. We offer a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and pouring drinks for guests and creating an incredible guest experience at the bar. Bartenders should be friendly, sociable, and kind, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals with reliability, good attendance, punctuality, professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.
Requirements
- US work authorization
- Ability to communicate and work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work and learn
- Basic Math Skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
- Minimum of 3 years of experience bartending
- Craft Cocktail and Wine knowledge
- POS experience is a must
- Ability to multi-task
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant Experience: 1-3 years
- Customer Service: 1 year
