About The Position
The Country Club of York (CCY) is seeking a Full-Time Bartender to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for an experienced bartender who takes pride in polished service, professional presentation, and creating a welcoming private club experience in a stable, non-tipping environment. CCY offers a professional, service-focused setting that stands apart from the typical bar atmosphere. Our bartenders enjoy steady hourly compensation, a respectful team environment, and schedules that avoid the late-night pace often associated with bar work. You’ll help create memorable experiences for members and guests who value attentive, high-quality service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, private club, or similar environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service standards
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in accordance with club events
