About The Position

The Bartender is responsible for interacting with high-profile guests and celebrities while maintaining a professional demeanor. This role involves greeting and welcoming guests, providing accurate information about venues, menus, and pricing, and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-maintained. The Bartender will prepare and pour drinks, process cash transactions accurately, and adhere to all company policies, particularly regarding cash handling and integrity in a regulated business environment.

• Must follow the Cash Handling Policy.
• Must not work out of another person’s cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Interact with high profile guests and celebrities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Act as a brand advocate by providing guests with accurate information regarding venues, menus, and pricing.
• Clean bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, and other bar appliances.
• Acknowledge, greet, and converse with customers who approach the bar.
• Prepare and pour all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers upon request.
• Process all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately, while presenting customers with bar receipts.
• Uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
