Bartender
About The Position
Bartenders and Servers at the Oliver Hospitality Management portfolio properties F&B outlets will deliver unparalleled guest service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages, engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish, communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed, demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink handling skills, perform bartop maintenance and stocking, maintain a clean work area, and demonstrate accurate product knowledge.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
- Ability to learn and understand all bar practices
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
