Shaken, stirred, with a salted rim, you know how to fill a glass. It is not just a drink, it’s the conversation that keeps bringing patrons back. Friendly, fun and perfectly paced, juggling spirits both liquid and live. Our bartenders are top shelf!
Requirements
- Embody core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
- Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have 1 year of bartending experience.
- Must be 21 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License.
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests like old friends
- Stay fully informed of beverage and menu offerings
- Provide that perfect pour
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
