About The Position

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This role is based at Bahama Bar, our vibrant outdoor bar and grill, open seven days a week.

Requirements

• Minimum of one to two years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Open availability — weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.

Nice To Haves

• Current alcohol service certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages consistently according to club standards.
• Delivers warm, attentive, and professional service to all members and guests.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock rotation and setup and breakdown.
• Works collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
• Accurately processes member charges and maintains compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies.
