About The Position

Our Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages directly to Guests seated in the bar and cocktail area. They also prepare beverages for servers and cocktail servers who place beverage orders for Guests seated in the cocktail area and dining room. We are looking for individuals who align with our purpose of bringing people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, embodying 'The Maggiano's Way'.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stay upbeat and put others ahead of oneself.
• Ability to hoist heavy plates.
• Experience serving up drinks like the days of the Rat Pack.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Maitre D', Server, Foodrunner, Busser, Carry Out and Delivery Supervisor, or Host/Hostess.
