About The Position
Bartenders provide guests with drinks suited to any occasion. They prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for guests seated at the bar and make drinks for guests seated in the dining areas. They provide customer service, take accurate orders, verify that customers are at least 21 years old, replenish bar inventory, enter beverages into a POS system, and process guest payments.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for at least four hours per shift and lift 50 pounds.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Indiana Liquor License.
- Previous server experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of math.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
