About The Position

Wing Shack is growing and hiring Bartenders for its newest location in Fort Collins, Colorado at Harmony. As a Bartender at the Shack, you will help create a fun, upbeat bar experience that fits the Wing Shack culture. You will serve local beer, craft cocktails, and great hospitality while supporting the team across the restaurant. You will bring positive energy, professionalism, and teamwork to every shift, take orders, and assist with front of the house duties including any closing needs.

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age
Eligible to work in the United States
Appropriate availability under the needs of the company
Appropriate transportation plan to attend shifts as scheduled according to the provided availability
Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in the job description and training materials
Ability to communicate and follow directions in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner
Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow recipes, standards, and safety guidelines

Nice To Haves

Prior bartending or restaurant experience preferred, but a great attitude and personality matters most

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming bar experience for every guest
Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages responsibly
Follow all alcohol service laws and company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
Work with the team to support food service, guest needs, and restaurant flow

Take orders and assist with front of the house duties including any closing needs
