This new chef - driven, from scratch concept will feature the best local ingredients from Wisconsin and around the United States. We have been serving our local community and visitors since 1948. Our team is passionate about continuing the tradition that Green Lake's local residents and visitors from near and far have come to expect. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender / Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a flair for crafting unique cocktails and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender / Mixologist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' dining experience through your creativity and expertise in mixology.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry is essential, with a focus on catering or fine dining preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is required to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • A passion for mixology and an eagerness to learn about new trends in beverages.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Engage with customers to provide recommendations based on their preferences and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate beverage pairings with menu items.
  • Utilize POS system for order processing and payment transactions efficiently.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and trends to create innovative drink offerings.
  • Assist in catering events, banquets, or special occasions as required.
