Key responsibilities involve taking drink orders, offering outstanding customer service, preparing a variety of cocktails according to specific recipes, and managing transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced bank, ensuring familiarity with all menu items and drink lists, developing new cocktail recipes when directed, and serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently. The position requires maintaining the bar area cleanliness, processing payments, managing bar inventory, and fostering positive communication with both guests and the culinary team. Adherence to food and beverage policies and State Liquor Laws is essential.
