About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our upscale rooftop bar team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality cocktails, efficient service, and a strong understanding of hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains attention to detail, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and elevated atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience (1–2+ years preferred, upscale or high-volume environment a plus)
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be 21+ and able to obtain any required certifications

Nice To Haves

Experience in hotel or rooftop bar environments
Knowledge of craft cocktails and seasonal menu execution
Ability to upsell and enhance guest experience
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and standards
Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
Execute cocktails consistently, including house recipes and seasonal menu items
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
Restock and prep bar ingredients, garnishes, and glassware as needed
Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service
Uphold all ABC laws, health regulations, and company standards
