About The Position
This is a part-time opportunity for a Bartender at Lavender Rooftop Kitchen + Bar. The role involves engaging with bar patrons, creating and serving drinks, monitoring inventory, maintaining cleanliness according to OSHA standards, and ensuring proper payment collection.
Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of barkeeping techniques to create commonly ordered drinks
- Professionalism
- Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
- Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
- Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
Responsibilities
- Engages with Bar patrons, creates and serves cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Monitors Bar stock inventory and requests replenishment of supplies as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness and follows OSHA standards for proper storage and handling of food and beverage items.
- Ensures collection of proper payment.
