About The Position

As our Bartender, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to continuous improvement and results. You will support day-to-day operations, support team performance, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered. You’ll act as a bridge between leadership and frontline teams—driving accountability, engagement, and results.

  • At least one or more years of Bartending experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks.
  • Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
  • Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality.
  • Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank.
  • Cleans banquet bar at the end of each function.
  • Performs general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.
  • Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a function basis.
