The Club features an impeccably manicured 18-hole golf course, a stunning 30,000-square-foot clubhouse, four Har-Tru tennis courts, four pickleball courts, two indoor squash courts, and a resort-style swimming pool with a waterslide. We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and crafting quality beverages in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who value consistency, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming experience that enhances member enjoyment and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Relevant training certificate
- Good organizational and verbal skills.
- Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical skills, monitors and develops subordinates, visually monitor the operation areas, write and read member communication.
- Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 40 lbs., up to 30 lbs. frequently.
- Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
- Ability to consistently lift, carry and load equipment that may weigh 40 or more pounds, and sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menu.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
