Requirements
- 1 year previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in food industry roles including serving, catering, or retail math calculations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS system.
- Engage with Members & Guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked for service.
- Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Promote sales by suggesting drink specials or upselling premium beverages to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food safety, food handling, and alcohol service standards.
