About The Position

The Bartender position requires a minimum of 6 months of previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar setting, with a working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food service. The role demands flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays. A friendly and energetic demeanor is essential to deliver a fun, professional, and friendly environment during guest interactions. The Bartender will work within an empowered and fast-paced environment, serving both the bar and restaurant servers, and must maintain an upbeat team spirit with gracious service for internal and external customers. Required certifications include County Specific Food Handlers Certification, State specific alcohol certification, and TIPs certification.

Requirements
