About The Position

Flair Bartenders work under the direction of the Beverage Manager and keep guests entertained while expertly preparing their preferred beverages. They perform regularly at bar shows and have the ability to juggle, throw, and catch bottles, and perform other mixing tricks. Must have outstanding Guest service skills.

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Performing routines in front of Guests and large crowds during peak times and upon request.
• Communicating with Guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Properly and promptly preparing, garnishing, and serving drinks to Guests.
• Accurately ringing up all orders in the POS system while maintaining the ability to socialize with Guests.
• Strictly adhering to responsible alcohol service standards and successfully "slowing down a guest" or cutting off an intoxicated guest when necessary.
