About The Position

This position is responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving guests, requiring knowledge of all bar drinks and wines. The role emphasizes strong guest service, a professional demeanor, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Availability for extended and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication
• Personable and guest service driven
• Self-motivated with professional demeanor
• Ability to pass a short bartending test
• Good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Must be able to pass a credit check
• Basic math skills; ability to count change and balance bank
• Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training
• Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders
• Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, effectively work with others and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and remain stationary for the entire length of shift
• Constant standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Frequent lift, push or pull items and objects weighing up to 50 lbs

• Previous bartending experience preferred
