Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and composure under pressure.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Food Handler Card required.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality—the resort way.
- Craft cocktails, pour drinks, and serve beverages with precision, flair, and consistency.
- Guide guests through our drink list and food pairings like a pro.
- Create personalized experiences—remember names, favorite drinks, and make each guest feel like a regular.
- Keep the bar area sparkling clean, organized, and fully stocked (no one likes running out of limes!).
- Collaborate seamlessly with the culinary and service teams to keep the good times flowing.
- Handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism—always leaving them smiling.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards with care and consistency.
- Promote specials, signature cocktails, and upsell premium options with enthusiasm.
- Maintain a polished, professional, resort-ready appearance every day.
