This role involves delivering top-notch service using Spare Time’s Steps of Service. The Bartender will mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and dining room guests. A key part of the role is knowing the menu thoroughly and making excellent recommendations, as well as sharing excitement about events, attractions, and specials. The Bartender will be responsible for running the bar efficiently while juggling multiple guests, and supporting the team by bussing tables, assisting with food prep when needed, and keeping areas clean and stocked. They will operate the POS system confidently, handle payments accurately, and complete opening and closing duties and required shift paperwork. Maintaining clean equipment and work areas in line with health and safety standards, and monitoring alcohol consumption and checking IDs consistently are also crucial aspects of this position.
