About The Position

Eleven located in Foodland Farms Ala Moana is looking for Bartenders to join our team. We are seeking high energy, creative professionals who have bar experience and are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages. This is an hourly position and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/drug/vision insurance, 401k and more! (specific benefits vary based on position and classification).

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work and communicate well with others.
Ability to follow directions and department/company standard operating procedures.
High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have TB Clearance.
Must comply with all company policies and requirements.

Nice To Haves

Previous bar experience preferred.
Experience working in a high-volume food service establishment preferred.
Liquor card preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the bar manager by keeping the bar areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized.
Interact with guests, anticipate their food & beverage needs, take their orders, and enter orders into the system.
Ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, and observe the company dress code.
Abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles.
Support the company culture, values, and mission.
Maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.
