About The Position

White Dog Cafe is seeking a Bartender to join their team in University City. This role involves welcoming guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, neighborhood cafe. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn and grow within the organization, possess a positive and outgoing personality, be responsible, hands-on, and a team player with strong communication skills. They should be able to handle multiple tasks in a friendly manner with grace and composure.

• 2+ years of bar experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace.
• Demonstrate competency in all steps of service.
• Build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Maintain accurate knowledge on all menu items and beverage program.
• Provide genuine hospitality.
• Interpret guest’s desires and bring them to life in liquid form.
