About The Position
Bartenders Servers at the Oliver Hospitality Management portfolio properties F&B outlets will deliver unparalleled guest service. This role involves crafting quality cocktails and serving other beverages, engaging with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, and focusing on performance and teamwork. Responsibilities also include proper drink construction, pour consistency, bartop maintenance, stocking, and maintaining a clean work area, along with demonstrating accurate product knowledge. The position requires physical stamina, including prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
- Ability to learn and understand all bar practices

Responsibilities
- Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages
- Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence
- Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish
- Communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed
- Demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink handling skills
- Perform bartop maintenance and stocking
- Maintain a clean work area
- Demonstrate accurate product knowledge
