Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be certified by a South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Training Program
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to alcohol service
- Strong understanding of flavor pairings and drink preparation
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently enforce alcohol consumption policies
- Dependable with strong attention to detail in handling inventory and transactions
Responsibilities
- Verify guest age to ensure legal alcohol service
- Prepare and serve cocktails according to established recipes
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, glassware, and utensils
- Provide recommendations based on guest preferences
- Deliver outstanding, engaging customer service
