About The Position

The Avalanche Bay Bartender's primary responsibilities are to mix and serve food and drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff at the waterpark. Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High school or general education degree (GED)
Previous experience bartending for a minimum of 6 months
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Mix and serve food and drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff at the waterpark.
Work as a team with bartending and service staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
Collect money for drinks served, balancing bank and cash drops accurately and within established guidelines.
Limit incidences by following ServSafe Alcohol guidelines on over-service including stopping service of alcoholic beverages to patrons as needed.
Maintain and clean working area by following established opening and closing checklists.
