Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a casual or high-volume restaurant or bar
• Familiarity with craft beer, classic and house cocktails, and basic wine knowledge
• Experience with POS systems and bar service workflow
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during fast-paced service
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude
• Attention to cleanliness, bar setup, and drink consistency
• Comfortable working both behind the bar and engaging tableside when needed
• Open availability including weekends and evenings

Nice To Haves

• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to bar guests and dining room patrons
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the shift
• Follow recipes and presentation standards for all drink offerings
• Accurately process cash and credit transactions
• Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Restock bar items and support inventory tracking
• Contribute to a fun, smooth-running service environment
