Belfair, located in Bluffton, SC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Conveniently located near Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort, Belfair isn’t just a workplace—it’s a destination. With two Food & Beverage outlets, including our newly renovated Bistro opening in June, we are seeking enthusiastic, service-driven full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our exceptional team. As a Bartender at Belfair, you will create a welcoming and refined bar experience by preparing high-quality beverages and delivering attentive, personalized service to our members and guests.
Requirements
- Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer required
- Private club experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol
- Alcohol server certification required within 30 days of hire (cost covered by Belfair)

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in pre-shift and departmental meetings
- Support service staff as needed and perform additional duties as required
