About The Position

Louie Louie is seeking a Bartender to join their team. This role is part of Fearless Restaurants, a multi-concept group with 10 independent restaurants in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ. Louie Louie is a French-inspired American bistro located in University City, Philadelphia, featuring a unique decor that blends Art Nouveau with a seventies vibe. The menu offers French classical flavors with seasonal ingredients, complemented by specialty cocktails, craft beer, and a curated wine list. The restaurant includes a Salon area with custom seating and outdoor seating reminiscent of a French cafe.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bar experience
• Be happy and constantly smiling!
• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate competency in all steps of service.
• Have a desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Maintain accurate knowledge on all menu items and beverage program.
• Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality.
• Demonstrate professionalism.
• Have a knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails.
• Can interpret guest’s desires and bring them to life in liquid form.
