This position is responsible for directly serving and interacting with customers and exudes a genuine enjoyment of people. The Bartender will provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service, communicate concerns to management, and use salesmanship skills to recommend products. They will accurately fill drink orders, anticipate customer needs, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves using the Aloha POS system, communicating with management regarding inventory, checking customer identification for alcohol purchases, and adhering to liquor laws and responsible consumption plans. Teamwork, stocking, preparing garnishes, collecting payments, operating the cash register, maintaining bar cleanliness, ordering supplies, and following company policies are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, the Bartender will ensure safe food handling practices and provide full food service where applicable, as well as stock retail and packaged beer areas.
