About The Position

As a Buca Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building rapport to enhance their dining experience. In addition to mixing drinks, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, managing inventory, and adhering to safety and health regulations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our establishment and the satisfaction of our patrons.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift heavy weights will be crucial when handling kegs, bottles, and glassware throughout your shift.
• Guest service skills will enable you to create a positive experience for patrons, encouraging repeat visits and positive reviews.
• A groomed appearance is important in maintaining the professional image of our establishment.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time is necessary to fulfill the demands of the role.
• Regular and reliable attendance is vital to ensure that the bar is adequately staffed and operational during peak hours.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in bartending or mixology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
