The Bartender greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner. They prepare and pour all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers upon request in a timely manner, and provide entertainment for guests through entertainment/flair pouring. The Bartender also provides customers with property information on current events, promotions, and attractions. They process all cash transactions by accepting money, making necessary change accurately, and presenting the customer with a bar receipt. Additionally, they convert cash to coin for any customer playing slot machines in the bar area. Team members are expected to adhere to attendance guidelines, departmental and company policies, and the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy, which involves proactively greeting guests and fellow team members. Participation in mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions is required, along with the ability to get along with co-workers and work as a team. The role requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and to respond to visual and aural cues. A well-groomed, professional appearance is essential. Team members must also comply with all state, federal, and regulatory policies and procedures. The role requires the ability to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and a reasonable amount of overtime when required. Other duties as assigned will also be part of the role.
