Requirements

Two or three years of previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet.
Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons Standards.
Confirm guest orders, including any special needs or requests from the food server, using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders against the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions.
Respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Provide knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, including origin, taste, and preparation methods.
Maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, and specialty drinks.
Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, and cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments.
