About The Position

Thirteen Bar & Restaurant, located in Verona, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Responsible for delivering a polished, efficient, and engaging bar experience while supporting overall restaurant service in a high-energy environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Responsible alcohol service certification.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years high-volume experience preferred.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages to house specifications with consistency and speed.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and cost controls.
• Engage guests and provide confident menu guidance.
• Support dining room beverage execution during peak periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
• Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
• Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
• Represent Thirteen’s hospitality culture consistently.
