About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ year bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar preferred
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine (willing to train the right candidate)
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality
• Must be 21+ and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take drink orders, and serve with speed, accuracy, and personality
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
• Engage with guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and keep the bar lively
• Handle cash and card transactions through the POS system
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and proper presentation
• Follow all state liquor laws and responsible serving practices
• Support the FOH team during peak hours and special events
