As a bartender, you’ll be the face of the bar – crafting drinks, engaging with guests, and creating a welcoming, memorable experience.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Must be at least 21 years old with valid state-required certifications
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards
• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide prompt, friendly service
• Maintain knowledge of bar menu items, daily specials, and restaurant offerings
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist in restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware as needed
• Work closely with barbacks and servers to ensure seamless service
