About The Position
Highball, a dynamic Restaurant and Bar in the heart of downtown, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bartender. Hailing from any Front of House (FOH) role in the restaurant industry, you will be a key player in delivering top-tier customer service and creating unique drink experiences for our guests. As a part of Highball's FOH team, you will also be a member of our marketing, social media, and content creation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with our vibrant community, both in-person and online, and contribute to our brand's growth.
Requirements
- Proven restaurant service experience
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Nice To Haves
- Previous FOH Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
