About The Position

Starwood Hotels is seeking an affable, creative, and accommodating Bartender for their Beer Garden. The ideal candidate will have the skills to win multiple mixology awards and the exuberance to provide guests a memorable, mood-lifting experience. This role requires strength, patience, stamina, imagination, great reflexes, openness to change, and a good sense of humor. The company emphasizes that being nice goes a long way. They are looking for someone passionate about Food & Beverage and who can create new cocktails utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Experience in Beverage operations.
• A team player.
• Hard worker.
• Detail oriented.
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• A post-secondary diploma or degree.
• Chops to win multiple mixology awards.
