About The Position

This role is responsible for preparing and serving drinks, attending to tables, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar area. The Bartender will assess guest needs, make recommendations, and ensure a positive guest experience while complying with all food and beverage regulations. Responsibilities also include processing payments, managing inventory, and completing closing duties.

Requirements

  • Check member/guest identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Process all payment methods
  • Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
  • Complete closing duties
