Keeping with the rural character of North Fulton, the 150-year-old farmhouse & 1930’s cottage was preserved and restored with classic elements and charming details. Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow regulations regarding age requirements for the purchase of alcohol

Responsibilities

Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products.
Guiding guests through the menus while demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
Handle assigned house bank and follow cash handling procedures.
Suggesting items based on probing questions to understand what guests like or dislike
Providing pleasant and timely service.
Anticipating guest needs and ensuring they are set up for a smooth dining experience.
